Help defer the cost of the greenhouse

Greetings Bee Grateful Farm Community!

I hope you had a wonderful weekend. In our house, we celebrated Mother’s Day, took prom photos, and enjoyed beautiful weather punctuated by spring rain.

We're excited to announce that our online auction fundraiser is now open, where you can bid on some unique and fun items. By participating, you'll not only have the chance to win some great items but also help support a small, family business.

Check out the auction!

This past winter, the farm’s greenhouse was unable to bear the weight of the snow due to the multiple feet of snow that built up around it. As a result, a massive amount of snow accumulated on the roof, causing it to collapse.

We had to order new parts to repair the greenhouse. It also forced us to cancel our spring CSA since there was no space to start plants, and Farmer Joe had to spend April rebuilding the greenhouse.

As a result, the financial hit to our small business was $20,000. This auction presents a unique opportunity to help defray a cost that is significant for a small, family business. We have come up with a variety of one-of-a-kind auction items that we hope will pique your interest, from farm raspberries that are not sold to the public to a variety of unique experiences.

Your support means the world to us and allows us to continue providing fresh, local veggies to the community. We want to make this auction as exciting and fun as possible, so we hope you'll spread the word and start bidding!

The auction is now open and will close on May 22nd.

So don't wait, check out the items and start bidding today! Thank you for being a part of our community and helping us sustain our family-operated business.

Bee Grateful!

Joe
